“I purchased this soundbar about 2 years ago and it's been working fine using the optical cable. I moved and connected the tv, soundbar, and optical cable. The tv settings are still on optical and the soundbar sounds garbled/distorted. Any ideas?”

• I would try buying a new optical cord. Hopefully that resolves that sound.
