Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't see a way to disable the link search to the subwoofer. You can adjust the subwoofer level with the remote. Also, placement of the subwoofer will affect the amount of bass heard from the subwoofer. If the subwoofer is in a corner, this will maximize the amount of bass.
