If it does I have not found it either. I'm constantly changing the volume.

However, the "sound stand" unit that Vizio makes, which is a small table top surround sound unit does have a volume leveling control on it to keep everything level. It is built to sit the TV directly on top of it, or next to it. Unit is only 25" wide, by 15.5" deep, and only 2" high. The TV fits on top of it like a glove. Best Buy carries them. Plugs up to the tv with only one cable.
