“Does anyone know if there is any way to airplay or at least download HBO Max? My family would love to use this tv to watch movies from HBO max on a tv instead of an iPad screen and would really appreciate help”

To Airplay or Cast HBO Max, you would want to open the app on your tablet and click the cast icon. If that doesn't work, visit support.vizio.com and we can help out with that.
