Yes there is a headset jack on the back of the TV. I love this TV--have it in my kitachen!!

Yes. There's an aux port on the back of the tv near the rest of the output ports. On a side note, the volume controls on the remote does not seem to control the volume levels for the headphones. If your headphones have inline volume controls, that shouldn't be a problem.
