“If Sound bar has no HDMI inputs or outputs then it doesn't put out HDMI surround sound then what type of sound do I get? Standard surround sound stereo correct?”

We appreciate your interest. This is a 2.1 sound stand which will provide 2.1 audio. Devices can be connected to it through a red and white RCA audio connection, 3.5mm input, digital coaxial input or a digital optical audio connection. Thanks -Randal
