• Probably not. Our 48" ended up being hung on the wall.

• Depends where the legs are...and how high they are. Either the legs can fit right on the sound bar ( check dimensions)... Or sit astride the sound bar IF the leg height is sufficient. I think you may be able to fit one way or the other.

• If the TV has at least 3" of clearance you're good.The stand is a little over 1 1/2" high.
