• This Model does not utilize the VIZIO SmartCast platform meaning the remote will control all functions including channel changing and numbers.

• I'm not sure it has everything you've listed. It does have input, exit, menu and number buttons. I don't know what everything on the remote is for - there weren't many instructions with the tv. I think you are supposed to go online to read about it and I haven't bothered.
