“I bought this open box Visio TV on January 22, 2020. Up until this morning it worked fine. Now the volume stopped. It came on spontaneously for a few minutes, then stopped again. Is there something I can do to troubleshoot? How long is the warranty?”

I got my tv today and it has horrible lag time on it. Sometimes I hit buttons and nothing happens. After unplugging and resting it works for a little bit. When I goto smart cast it takes about 2 min.
