you can't and they will lie and tell you it will be, then if you try to get your money back ,its almost absurd how long it can take, up to 15 days, oh i mean business days that is, so add the extra week, then weather according, it may get there some day around or after you were hoping, id buy U.S. friends, these foreign companies do not care about American consumers, you know with all the refunds these guys owe out and have taken in from people, bet it sits in a bank account collecting interest compounded daily for 3 weeks, that could end up being a lot of interest build up on our money.
