“How can I increase the sound of back left and right speakers. I can't hear them most of the time. I think I have the same problem with subwoofer too. At medium sound its not sounding much. Only when volume is very high that I can listen them better.”

Using the sound bar remote, you will want to adjust the Surround Level and Surround Balance. For more details, the User Manual explains more in depth on page 19.
