• This is a common issue that hasn’t been fixed. But check to see if your on the newest software either way.

• Best thing to do is a device reset. Reboot your phone and also unplug the soundbar for a few minutes and see if that fixes the problem. If not, do a system reset on your soundbar from your remote.
