The sound bar would require an outlet and a cable connection to the television either HDMI or other for audio.

(The sound bar mounting points are about 15 inches apart.) Also, the plug is not flat, so you’ll have to make an extension box to mount the sound bar on so you can recess the power outlet. Then bundle the power cord up with wire ties and hopefully tuck all the wires nicely behind the sound bar. This is the only way to truly hide all the wires like in the pictures. My sound bar sounds great. However, while you’re at it, I would put the sub woofer up front and run the satellite wires in the wall, unless you put the subwoofer behind you. I didn’t like that location, but to each his own. You’ll need to use new wires though, and splice new ends on, the satellite wires probably aren’t long enough for that unless you just run them on the floor.
