The center channel and front two channels are in the main sound bar. The two surround channels are separate. It includes all 5.1 channels. Sounds pretty good for the price.

Please try again later.A 5.1 system does not always indicate the number of speakers with the sound bar, it indicates that there are five full bandwidth channels and one low-frequency channel. It is possible to have more than five speakers in a 5.1 system. This sound bar model V51-H6 houses the front three channels in the sound bar itself, and the rear two channels in the rear satellite speakers.

Please try again later.You don't need any other speakers for this system, the sound bar itself has 3 speakers, right, left, and center channel, then 2 rear channels plus the sub. Plus I don't believe you can add any more speakers. A Dolby Atmos soundbar would add 4 more speakers, 2 additional speakers on top of the soundbar and 2 on top of the rear speakers.
