Make sure you plug it into the ARC HDMI (it'll say "ARC" next to the HDMI port in your TV) slot on your Roku TV, and once it's all hooked up you can use your Roku remote to control the sound, with no set up required. You'll also see the "soundbar" icon on your Roku app homescreen, but you don't need to click into it as it's just letting you know it's on an active port.
