“How do I keep my neighbor from being able to access my sound bar??? The situation is that a random sound (seems to be a 15-30 seconds video, never the same) starts to play from the sound bar at random times while TV is off. I think is the neighbor! HELP!”

If you go to "setup" and then to "reset all" on the remote, all paired bluetooth devices will be unpaired. This means that your neighbor wouldn't have access to your soundbar unless they somehow paired their device to your soundbar again. You could also try a factory reset by pressing and holding the Bluetooth and volume down buttons for 5 seconds (these buttons are on the soundbar).
