This television has the lowest input lag of any TV currently on the market. Also, it's motion blur capabilities are excellent. The refresh rate is commonly mistaken as 120hz NATIVE. It is 60hz native and 120 effective. Effective and native are not the same. Research this fact if 120hz is what you are looking for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has very little to zero blurring. I play Xbox ONE with this TV, and every game looks great! Fallout 4 is super vivid, even while moving or while in combat. I have also been playing The Crew, and the cars and scenery are so realistic! I also use Apps on the TV such as Amazon Prime and YouTube... and I can tell you that there is a big difference in HD and Ultra HD streaming. You definitely see blurring when viewing anything in SD. As far as watching soccer goes, the picture quality will only be as good as the picture quality your cable provider gives off. Obviously, basic cable comes in SD... So you best picture quality will come in HD. I'm sure you already know to use an HDMI cable for the best picture and sound... I would recommend that if you don't know already. And remember to set up picture on whatever gaming console your using to match the best picture quality your TV has to offer. Hope this answers your question.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is very decent if your provider is broadcasting HD. It is an effective 120HZ You must remember, that the higher the refresh rate, the less blur you'll have. At 120HZ is acceptable.
