“How do you access bluetooth? My TV randomly connected to my bluetooth stereo upstairs. When I unplugged the bluetooth upstairs then I was not able to control the volume on the TV. I went to use the TV today and now there is no sound.”

Sounds like a question for Vizio support. I have no idea how to deal with that problem. Google Vizio Customer Service and call them, they'll connect you with the people who can help you with that.

This TV doesn't currently support connecting to bluetooth devices to stream audio content. That's very odd behavior. When you have some time, could you reach out to our tech support team (Go to support.VIZIO.com and click on 'Contact Us') so we can gather some more information and help you get this odd situation resolved.
