“I can only get Dolby Vision with VUDU if I cast it to the TV. If I use the app on the TV it only displays in HDR10. Is it a problem with the VUDU app?”

No.. This is where they get people.. You have to be careful with the reading.. This is NOT an DV tv.. It only has HRD10 and HLG.. Its "Dolby Vision HDR".. Witch is a type of picture setting.. Not Actual DV.. Unfortunately it's this type of thing that confuses people... You have to Read the Specification very very Carefully.. Manufacturers can word things in a way that can make you think one thing but it not be what you think..
