Is there a set up diagram null

Yes, there is a simple set up diagram and the set up is actually very simple. Essentially, you attach the two legs to the TV and you are set to go. HOWEVER there is no user manual. The user manual is "online'. If your concern is setting up the TV for use on a flat surface i.e. a TV stand, there is absolutely no problem. If you need instruction on how to use Netflix and all the other apps you better get a kid from your neighborhood to help.
