• The television does not have a built in Spectrum application. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.

• no, it already has preinstalled programs , netflix VUDU amazon,XUMO crackle Iheart radio it does have vizio free tv which is pluto a ge\reat array of content,movies sports etc etc

• no you cannot but you can use Google home to cast your screen on your phone to the Chromecast on tv so then you'll be able to use spectrum TV app on your phone and mirror it to the TV using Google home to Chromecast to TV
