One thing Vizio smartcast allows is flexibility in networking (I like that it has an Ethernet port) and image adjustment. However, it may be that your isp may also have drawn down your streaming image quality, especially if you're unfortunate enough to have hughesnet satellite. Try finding your isp settings, or look under the Vizio settings. Vizio does have good, responsive customer service.
