We start up smartcast you need to go to the portion of the remote where it says menu menu and you'll see the screen come up you scroll down where you see is his channel press okay for the channels and your your channels will come on then you need to push menu again so it would take off the screen for where the mini setup was the first picture

If you are using the built in tuner you can use the VIZIO remote to change the channels. If you are using a cable/satellite box then you would need to use that remote to change the channels. To set up Google home you will need to follow the on screen instructions under the Extras menu on the SmartCast input.
