QuestionI hope this question doesn't sound too stupid. I have never used a smart TV, and the question about the Spectrum App not being available confused me. I have cable through Spectrum. Can I use this TV with Spectrum?

- Answer You have to jump through hoops if you have to return any electronics at Walmart. Yes, it's cheaper there, but at Best Buy returns are easy.

QuestionWhat is the refresh rate for this tv, 60Hz? I have read all the specifications and it isn’t listed, so I’m assuming it isn’t 120Hz.

- Answer It’s 60 hz per the manual. Also after painful checking at the Henderson Nevada store, I confirmed it’s 60. Some of the tv companies have the hdr feature but, per the best buy expert, does not actually mean 120 hz.

QuestionHello, this tv shows that it has 120hz and pretty good hdr but i hear reviews and there are some websites that says it only have 60hz and is not very good for gaming since the hdr sucks as well. I just wanna ask cause im planning on getting this tv soon.

- Answer I have this tv and unless I got something set wrong, the HDR really sucks on it when using Xbox alone X or PS4 Pro. Very washed out And Pastel looking colors.
