“Does his tv come with Chromecast Ultra built in? Or just regular Chromecast? I want to make sure it can stream in 4K since I stream all of my tv now. Also can I download additional apps and a web browser?”

This television will stream 4K content from the built in and casting applications. There is a limited number of applications built into the SmartCast screen. We are continually evaluating new applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. In the meantime, you can cast any Chromecast enabled applications to the television from your mobile device. There is not a built in web browser for searching the internet however you can cast your Google Chrome browser to the television while searching the internet.
