• Try rebooting the tv; hit the menu button, admin & privacy, reboot tv. This has fix the problems I've had with 3rd party apps.

• Hello seabreeze, Suggest trying to power cycle the TV, Unplug the TV from the power, Hold the panel power button for 5 seconds, Plug the TV back in and try accessing the smart features afterwards.
