“I have an older model Vizio 47". Sometimes it will not turn on using either the remote of manually using the switch unless I reset by pulling the plug give it about 10 sec and replug the unit in. Is there a way to remedy this situation?”

I have a 55" Visio and it will freeze up at times while on the apps. Its about 3yrs old and has never been offered an update. I have to unplug the set, wait about 3 minutes and restart it and it will work till the next time.
