Clear action (motion or similar with some manufacturers) is a software interpolation method that usually doubles the refresh rate, as in this case, to make it apear or seem like it is 240 instead of 120. It depends on the brand whether this works well or not. The Vizio does a decent job. Some TVs you can turn this off and I'm not sure if this TV allows that or not. So to explicitly answer your question, the refresh rate is 120 hz but it appears as if its 240 hz.
