We were able to sync up the remote from our cable company with the TV as far as controlling the volume, channel and power, as well as using that remote to work the DVR box. To use the other features of the TV, you will need to use the remote supplied with the TV or download the Smartcast app on to your smartphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't speak to your Logitech remote, but we were able to get the directions online from our cable provider and sync up the remotes that we use with our cable box. You may need to do some research online for your universal remote.
