QuestionI just got this TV and when I go to my firestick or playstation, there is a clicking sound when I scroll through applications. I've tried all the hdmi ports and still hear it, is there a solution?

- Answer Go to your PlayStation audio settings and change the hdmi audio out to Bitstream. Clicking sound will disappear. Unfortunately it's a defect with this TV. Mine does the same.

- Answer It would be great IF and WHEN they fix the glaring hdmi problem reported by rtings. Here I'll share what they reported about it. "We've retested the HDMI ports with the latest firmware version 1.10.15.1-2 and an HDMI 2.1 source. All ports are functioning as HDMI 2.0 even though they're advertised as HDMI 2.1. The Vizio M7 is advertised to have HDMI 2.1 ports; however, there aren't any labels indicating which ports support it, and they're all limited to HDMI 2.0's bandwidth at this time." - Rtings COME ON VIZIO, WHY ISn'T THIS WORKING YET?!

- Answer Hello Gunner, Any of the HDMI ports will work, if you are plugging in a sound bar it will be best to use HDMI one as this has eARC and ARC.

QuestionWhy did the new Vizio arrive with a cracked, broken panel? The box was in pristine condition. And I watched the Geek Squad unpack and unwrap it. So it must have been cracked at the Vizio factory &no one cares. If Vizio can not pack a tv, why trust Vizio?

- Answer No the same thing but I've seen water heaters in my line of work come out of the box all dented up and the box is in perfect shape its mind blowing it could of happened in transport from China to US i mean think about it do u really think a company would send out a broken TV lol

- Answer Besides when, the big question is in what condition. Our Newest Vizio was delivered by BestBuy, and arrived with a cracked panel. The box was in perfect condition, so it had to be the factory. Would not buy Vizio again.

- Answer Yes you can get OTA. It has the main apps of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Vudu, Disney+, Youtube, Redbox, Fandango Now, Pluto TV, Movies Anywhere, CBS All Access, etc... No Apple TV+ (coming soon) or HBO Max (although you can chromecast it). There are a lot of throw-a-away apps though that you might never have heard of though.
