“I just purchase this and I cannot get the picture to fit the screen. I can put on zoom mode but it cuts the picture off. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.”

You need to go to the settings and choose picture and then figure out which size is best for you. Whenever you get a new product such as a TV you should always go through all the settings that's right for you. I hope this helps.
