At the present state no, but there are other gadget you can get for a work around. i.e Fire stick, etc

Amazon Video is not available due to a stupid fight between Google and Amazon. This TV uses Google Cast it does not support Amazon Video. I got an Xbox One S and I am watching Amazon Video through the Xbox on this TV.

Sort of. The thing has an android tablet as the remote, so if you ever get it to work and the battery lasts long enough, probably you can get something to show from the android Amazon app.

No. Google and Amazon are having issues with one another. I'm sure once they settle whatever quarrel they have we'll get the Amazon app.

Unfortunately, Amazon is not compatible with the Google Cast protocol used on this SmartCast display. However, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, SlingTV, and many many other applications are Google Cast compatible, from any up-to-date smartphone or tablet you have!
