Do I need hdmi 2.0 cables to enable HDR? null

Honestly, there is no such thing as HDMI 2.0 cables, only a new "Premium" certification that few cables have. After tons of research and trying a number of cables, just use a 6 foot or shorter and thick "High Speed" cable and you will be fine.

HDMI 2.0 or 2.0a refers to the sending and recieving inputs, not the cable. A high speed with ethernet cable 1.4 spec will be plenty for 4k and hdr. 2.0 cables are a scam. After all the research I done, HDMI 2.0 is required to carry HDR. 1.3 is enough for 4k
