“I have my soundbar connected through hdmi arc. When I turn on my TV my soundbar automatically comes on, but the sub woofer and 2 surround speakers don't. I have to turn on the sub manually. Is there any way to get them to turn on automatically also?”

Yes - you need to re-sync them. There is a procedure outlined in the instructions or I'm sure you can find it on-line.
