“Great system! My only gripe is that I have to turn the subwoofer on every time I power on the soundbar. There must be a way of making the subwoofer power on when the soundbar is turned on?! Sub is in a hidden place, hard to get to every time to turn on.”

Make sure you use the vizio app to update the firmware..after the most recent update the sub goes into sleep mode after the bar powers down.. And wakes up again upon power up..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got in contact with Vizio. There was a defect with my surround sound system. They sent me a return shipping label and replaced my entire sound system. The Customer service staff was great and they are based right here in the USA! Thanks Vizio!
