Are the satellite speakers not wireless? null

No they are attached to the sub via really long wires.

Yes and no! The main center bar usually goes under the TV. The bass speaker can go anywhere in the room up to 30 feet away from center sound bar. The bass speaker has prefabricated wires to left and right surround that connect to that bass speaker. Still a pretty clean set up.
