QuestionThe only problem I’m having is that both of my satellites speakers are not working at all, its only making a little noise but no sound. Am I missing something or Is it the cables? My subwoofer works fine and so my sound bar but not my satellite speakers.

- Answer You can adjust the audio settings through the app which is more convenient and detailed compared to the remote settings

QuestionI bought this soundbar a few weeks ago, tried pairing and setting up the soundbar to the smartcast app through the wifi and bluetooth numerous times but no luck. I have a Galaxy S10 Plus.

QuestionI would like to use this with google home. However, will it automatically switch back to hdmi input when not using google, or do I have to manually switch inputs every time I use either TV or Google home through bluetooth?

- Answer Yes, push the menu button until you see surround + then push the right level to raise the satellite speaker volume.

- Answer This sound bar system connects the satellite speakers to the subwoofer using the provided speaker cables (about 26 ft long). The subwoofer then connects to the sound bar wireless. Currently VIZIO does not have a system that utilizes wireless satellite speakers.

QuestionWhat is the difference between the Vizio sb3651-e6 and sb3651-f6. Seems like the -e6 is the older 2017 model, and the -f6 is the newer 2018 model; however, for some reason the newer model can not be found on sale anywhere. Is there a 2019 model?

- Answer Some stores have enough clout that a manufacturer will create a new item number... just for them. I'm guessing this is the case here. There's no difference in the item, it just makes 'price matching' difficult if not impossible. I got mine at BestBuy, because after shopping around, they had the best price.

- Answer If your device can pair to two separate Bluetooth audio sources this may be possible however, the sound bars will not pair together for audio output.
