After removing these screws the grill will pull off to allow cleaning of the blade with a soft cloth. The owners guide will contain full diagrams to assist in locating the screws. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are recessed screws on the back of the grill. Carefully remove these and set aside. I remove the screws over a sheet of newspaper. Then remove the grill. It can be washed in a sink with cool water and mild dish soap. A slightly damp microfiber cloth works well to clean the rest of the fan. The cloth can also be used between the grill grates at the back of the fan. It’s tedious, but I work the cloth into every grill grate. Don’t spray any cleaner directly on the fan mechanism.
