- Answer Once the set temperature is met, the fan and heat slow down, just enough to maintain the desired temp. If the room reaches 4 degrees higher than set - the fan and heat will both turn off.

QuestionThe heater no longer shows the correct temperature although the heater is hot. When I try to increase the temperature it won't go past 32. I've tried resetting but with no luck. Any suggestions?

- Answer Vacuum the back of the heater fan unit. It needs to be clean every 3 weeks. Turn it off for at least an hour after you clean it.
