“Is there a way to get to contacts without going through the menu, arrow down to contacts, edit list? So frustrating not being able to get to them easily.”

I agree there should be an easier way. What I do is: on the center pad push the top (there is a picture of a phone book there) then push the "review" button, this will bring up the address book. Hope that helps!

Cynthia - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues reviewing the Phonebook entries on your VTech IS8151-4. You can press the DIR/Volume up button on the cordless handset when not in use to access the phonebook list without going to the Menu settings.
