Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech IS8151-5. You may need to rest the telephone system by disconnecting the AC power from the telephone base and the batteries from the cordless handsets. Wait for 1 minute before reconnecting the AC power and the batteries, then test it again. If this does not help, please contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511.
