how far of a distance will they reach null

I live in a duplex- each side about 950 sq ft. I can clearly hear my Mother’s activities in her bedroom and living room. I can holler at her just to make sure she is ok and she can hear me throughout her house. I am super impressed!

Our home is 2700 square feet and we have no issues.
