• This monitoring set has two 'parent' devices, where you can hear the monitoring device. It has adjustable volume and can place the parent devices in any room because they will 'link' up to the monitoring device once turned on. I have one in my bedroom and dining/living area.

• Yes. The V-Tech system. We have it in two rooms on one floor and one in a room on another floor. The sound is clear and the volume is fine.
