“Hi why I can’t see the movement when I want to look back to the screen I the middle of night to see what happens .. and the night vision is very bad we can’t barely see anything .. we can’t even go back to the movement if pass 4-5 hours ago”

Camera uses a infrared filter in front of the camera sensor to detect the infrared light it uses to illuminate the room at night (so it doesn't wake up the child) - I've found that this filter gets stuck it has issues so that sometimes it doesn't work so that you can't see anything at night.

It can only provide real time video feeds. Try resetting the baby unit. Disconnect the power adapter on the baby unit and wait approximately 15 seconds before reinstalling the AC power.
