• Anyone with physical access to the device and the monitor and credentials to access a wifi network covering the device can change the smartphone connected to the device. Only one smartphone can connect at a time.

• Hi - The VTech RM5764HD does not allow access to unauthorized smartphones. The only time they will be able to access the baby monitor on their smartphone is by downloading the VTech Baby Pro app. Also, you need to enter your credentials (username and password) to give access to your baby monitor.
