BabyQ - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the VTech RM5764. Like many electronic devices, a reset may resolve the issue. To reset the baby monitor: 1. Unplug the AC power for 1 minute. 2. Turn off the parent unit by pressing the POWER button. 3. Press the pinhole at the back of the parent unit, take a pin and push button. 4. Press the POWER button on the parent unit and wait until they link back up. Reconnect and test. If the issue still persists, please contact VTech Customer Support for further assistance at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This has happened to me twice. First time it happened right before the device hit it’s year warranty expiration. They sent me a new one and here we are a year later and same thing again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just sharing that my monitor is all of a sudden blurry too. It wasn’t before and I’ve had for about 3 months or so. Nothing has changed, it’s just now a really blurry & fuzzy image that I can ont really see the babies shape. I’ll try the re set tomorrow, and will try a glasses cloth to wipe the camera. Hoping that resolves it. So strange
