Liz - We apologize if you are having issues with the camera of the VTech RM5764HD. You may try resetting the unit by following the steps below: Step 1: Disconnect the power to the baby unit. Step 2: Wait a few minutes before connecting power back to the baby unit. Step 3: Reboot the parent unit. If this does not help, you may contact our Customer Support at 1-844-848-8324.
