Please make sure that the camera is within Wi-Fi range and that your internet connection is working. Make sure that the camera is powered on, and the LED lights are on. Your router or camera may require a reboot. Unplug your router and camera for approximately 30 seconds and plug back in. Allow a moment for the devices to reconnect and try again.
