“The parent unit won’t turn on and a red light shows at the top when plugged in. Is there anything I can to do fix this or do I need to replace it?”

Hi - We are sorry to hear that the VTech RM5764HD. You can reset the parent unit by turning it off then removing the battery (if there is any). Wait for 1 minute before powering it on then test again. If this does not help, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
