“Is there a way to have the phone "announce" who is calling? I'm trying find a solution to get my mom to answer the phone. She believes all calls are "scammers", so won't answer.”

• Laurie- The VTech CS6619 does not have CID announce feature. You may check the models DS6421-2 and IS8151-2 that has the said feature you are looking for. Thank you for your interest! - VTech Support.
